Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be unopened, unused and in their original condition.
• Please contact us before returning any items and provide your proof of purchase.
• For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty or supplied in error.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery quoting your order number and including photographs. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable resolution where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
