Placing an Order
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we’ve received your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in the event of pricing errors, stock availability or suspected fraudulent activity.
Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept secure online payments via Stripe. Moo2Yoo Ltd does not store your debit or credit card details.
Delivery
Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather or circumstances outside our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you once your order has been delivered to the address provided.
